As you do that, you feel more reliefed and start to feel more positive. You might feel that a lot of the pressure seems to go away and you feel more confident in your ability to impress the interviewers.

In all their simplicity, positive affirmations are just a phrases that you tell yourself to feel better. They can help you feel better about yourself and increase your self confidence. They will allow you to see the positve sides of who you are instead of dwelling on the negative sides. All in all, they will allow you to see yourself in a better light. You create an outcome that you want to happen and you repeat a thought in your head, telling you that the outcome will happen. You might even be positive surprised you much better you feel after doing this for a few days. Once you get that feeling, it is much easier to keep on starting your day with some nice positive affirmations.

So next morning, right before you are heading for work, take a moment and do some affirmations in front of the mirror. Feel how good they make you feel and how much more positive they make you feel. Do that every day and you will find yourself in a much happier, more fulfilling life.
